Wave Hosts Third-Annual “Spin for Hope”

"Spin for Hope" is a three-hour spinning event to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. Wave’s 2010 event was the top fundraising location in New England and participants have raised $70,000 for the last two years!

Boston Center for Physical Therapy & Sports Therapy at Wave
Physical therapy comes to Wave! Boston Center for Physical Therapy (BCPT), opening late February, will provide restorative and preventative care, as well as sports conditioning, to both Wave members and the general public.

Wave’s Wanna Tri Program
This competitive event club, coached by Wave’s own Club Director Michael Anderson, an I.T.C.A. Certified Triathlon Coach, kicks off on Monday, February 28. Wanna Tri provides participants with the needed training for future road races and triathlons.
Wave Shredded Program
Beginning Monday, March 7, Wave’s team of professionals will challenge you with two ultimate workouts per week, a nutritional seminar and health assessments. It is the perfect program for those needing an extra push towards better health and fitness.
